OUR ACCREDITATION SERVICES
As LONDON ACADEMY is organized in a decentralized manner, one of its characteristics is that the accreditation of study programs is carried out by Accreditation Agencies, who in turn are accredited by the Accreditation Council of the Foundation for LONDON ACADEMY.
Accreditation is a voluntary method of quality assurance for universities, faculties, institutes and secondary schools, and is designed primarily to distinguish schools adhering to a set of educational standards.
We continually re-evaluate and improve the process and all associated steps in order to remain current. It is our vision to be the benchmark for Standards of Excellence and in order to do that our Standards are a living document and the process is open to improvement.
The accreditation process is also known in terms of its ability to effectively drive student performance and continuous improvement in education.
The legal basis of the accreditation system is set out in the procedures as well as in the contracts concluded between the Foundation and the agencies, where the rights and obligations of the partner institutions involved in the accreditation system are defined.
As part of their contract agreements, the Agencies commit themselves to the deployment of the criteria and further decisions of the LONDON ACADEMY Accreditation Council as well as to taking in their currently valid version, into consideration.
